職務
誠聘一位敬虔男牧者，負責粵語堂的講道（提前4:13）、牧養（彼前5:1-3）及屬靈監督 (提前 3:1-7)。
資格
學歷
- 具備受認可神學院所頒發的道學碩士或以上學歷更佳
經歷
- 曾有經驗在教會牧養，並服侍不同年齡層、世代、及背景的會衆優先考慮
關鍵要求
- 符合聖經裏長老的資格 (提前3:1-7; 提多1:6-9)
- 有釋經講道及教導的恩賜 (提後4:2)，有效帶領及牧養會衆，使他們在聖經知識上及跟應用上成長 (弗4:11-16)
- 流利粵語講道、溝通、書寫，及與教會同工以英語溝通
- 接受本會的憲章、認信、信仰宣言和與本會教義對齊

About the Position
Our church is seeking a godly man who will be the primary preacher (1 Tim 4:13), shepherd (1 Peter 5:1-3), and spiritual overseer (1 Tim 3:1-7) for the Cantonese congregation.
Qualifications
Desired Education
- Minimum of a Master in Divinity degree from an accredited seminary.
Desired Experience
- Pastoral ministry in a local church that includes pastoring congregants from various generations.
Key Requirements
- He shall meet the qualifications of an elder as established in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:6-9.
- He shall be a dynamic and relevant preacher whose gifting is expository preaching and teaching (2 Tim 4:2), and who can effectively lead and shepherd its members to grow in maturity and in knowledge and application of God’s word (Eph 4:11-16).

- Someone who humbly loves God, loves the Word, and loves people.
- Someone who cares deeply about the lost locally and globally.
- Someone who is people and need-oriented, not just program-oriented.
